Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating weekend of yoga, Ayurveda, kirtan, and meditation at the serene Namaste Barn retreat centre. Led by experienced tutors from the Devon School of Yoga—Duncan Hulin, Virginia Compton, James Russell, and Barry Elms—you'll find time to both deepen your practice and unwind amidst the stunning Devon countryside.

• 7:00 - 8:30am: Silent sitting, stretch, breath-based kriyās and prāṇāyāma with Duncan
• 9:00 - 10:00am: Breakfast
• 11:00am - 12:30pm: Yoga and Āyurveda discussion and practice with Virginia
• 1:00 - 2:00pm: Lunch
• 2:30 - 4:00pm: Optional countryside walk with James
• 5:00 - 6:30pm: Holistic Yoga with James
• 7:00 - 8:00pm: Supper
• 8:30 - 10:00pm: Kirtan with Barry
• 6:50am: Wake-up

James is postgraduate researcher in yoga and teacher-trainer for the Devon School of Yoga. He holds an MA in Yogic Traditions from SOAS, University of London.
