- with James Russell -
I'm a yoga teacher, researcher, and teacher-trainer based in the UK. I've practised yoga for over 24 years and been teaching since 2007. I've studied yoga and Sanskrit academically and hold a Master's Degree in Traditions of Yoga and Meditation from SOAS, University of London. Drawing upon decades of personal practice, teaching experience, and dedicated study, I blend scholarly knowledge with practical insights to teach a holistic approach that includes a wide spectrum of practices and embraces the rich cultural diversity of yogic traditions.
On this website, you'll find an archive of well-researched blog articles on a range of yoga-related topics, along with detailed information about my classes, workshops, and online courses. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, I invite you to explore this space - to read an article or join a class or online course, and embark on a journey to transform your practice and deepen your understanding of yoga.
